Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether in the User's own name or under a different identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. NAK99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including Real Money Funds, in cases where fraudulent intent is identified.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and provider processing times. NAK99 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings or remaining bonus balance may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live sports events with low margins) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.
NAK99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, or related benefits if there is reasonable suspicion that a User has abused any promotional offer, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Determination of bonus abuse is at NAK99's sole discretion.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the NAK99 system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. NAK99 shall not be responsible for errors made by a User in placing a bet.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted by the system. In the event of a significant odds discrepancy due to technical error or data feed failure, NAK99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to User Accounts.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable resettlement period, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day, depending on the product and market. These limits are detailed within each product section of the Platform. NAK99 reserves the right to withhold payment in excess of maximum payout limits, regardless of the staked amount or apparent winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the NAK99 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:
All content on the NAK99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of NAK99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gambling entertainment purposes as permitted under these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring upon you any intellectual property rights in or to the Platform or its content. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is expressly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAK99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including but not limited to losses from gambling, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
NAK99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
NAK99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting NAK99 customer support via live chat. Upon closing your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.
NAK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension or termination is required for legal, regulatory, or responsible gambling reasons.
Upon termination of your Account, all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance will be evaluated and returned at NAK99's discretion following the conclusion of any applicable investigation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue in effect following Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which NAK99 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through NAK99's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless you have statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence that require otherwise.
